Raspberry Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (250 mL) milk
- 1 small, ripe banana
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) E.D.SMITH PURE RASPBERRY JAM
- 2 ice cubes
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into two gasses and serve.
Makes 2 servings
