E.D.SMITH PURE PUMPKIN PIE FILLING Baking Directions. Turn filling into unbaked 9" (23cm) pastry shell. Cover with top crust. Flute edges: prick top. Bake 10 min in 425 F (220 C) oven. Reduce oven to 375 F (190 C) and bake as below or until golden brown. Homemade pasty crust 40-50 min, Pastry crust mix 30-40 min, Frozen pastry shell 25-30 min
