A Trio of Dipping Sauces: Curry Peach and Mango Dipping Sauce, Spicy Sweet Chili Sauce, and Fruity Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients:
Curry Peach and Mango Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup (125 mL) E.D. SMITH® Triple Fruits Peach with Mango & Orange
2 tbsp (30 mL) coconut milk
1 tbsp (15 mL) lime juice
2 tsp (10 mL) minced fresh ginger
1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) curry powder
1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped fresh cilantro
Spicy Sweet Chili Sauce:
3/4 cup (175 mL) E.D. SMITH® Triple Fruits Field Berry Raspberry with Wild Blueberry & Blackberry
3 tbsp (45 mL) rice vinegar
2 tbsp (30 mL) soy sauce
2 tsp (10 mL) sambal oelek
2 cloves garlic, minced
Fruity Horseradish Sauce:
2/3 cup (150 mL) E.D. SMITH® Pure Seedless Strawberry Jam
1/2 cup (125 mL) prepared horseradish
2 tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice
2 tsp (10 mL) Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp (2 mL) hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Curry Peach and Mango Dipping Sauce: Whisk together D. SMITH® Triple Fruits Peach with Mango & Orange, coconut milk, lime juice, ginger, curry powder, salt and pepper until smooth. Stir in cilantro.
- Spicy Sweet Chili Sauce: In small saucepan set over medium-high heat, combine D. SMITH® Triple Fruits Field Berry Raspberry with Wild Blueberry & Blackberry, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sambal oelek and garlic; bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer for 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly thickened. Let cool completely.
- Fruity Horseradish Sauce: Whisk together D. SMITH® Pure Seedless Strawberry Jam, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper.
